At a glance: These Terms apply when you use this website or stay with us. Reservations are subject to availability and the rate rules shown at booking. Check-in is 3:00 PM (minimum age 21) and check-out is 11:00 AM. The property is 100% smoke-free. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. Tennessee law governs these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lx Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western ("Lx Hotel," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 201 Murfreesboro Highway, Manchester, Tennessee 37355. They govern your access to and use of www.lxhotel.us (the "Site") and your stay at the property. By using the Site, booking a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Section 1

Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the Site or making a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or book with us.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation through the Site.
  • The minimum age to check in at the property is 21. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  • The person who books the room is the responsible party for all charges, conduct of guests in the room, and compliance with property policies.
Section 2

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our reservation systems, or related networks
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any security or authentication measure
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, copy, or harvest content without our prior written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
  • Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information when making a reservation or contacting us
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

Section 3

Bookings, Rates & Payment

Reservations placed through the Site are processed by the official Best Western booking platform. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • Rates & charges: Quoted room rates are per room, per night and exclude applicable state and local taxes, occupancy fees, resort/destination fees (if any), and incidental charges, all of which are disclosed before you complete a booking.
  • Payment authorization: A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee a reservation. By providing your card you authorize us (or our brand booking platform) to charge the deposit, room and tax amounts and any incidentals to that card.
  • Rate plans: Some rates (e.g., Advance Purchase / non-refundable rates) require full prepayment at the time of booking and are not refundable.
  • Currency: All rates are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure rate, availability and content accuracy on the Site. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund any amounts charged.
  • Group blocks & corporate bookings are governed by a separate written agreement; please contact us at (931) 954-0946 for terms.
Section 4

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation, modification and no-show terms vary by rate plan and are clearly displayed before you confirm your reservation. By completing a booking, you agree to the specific terms of the rate plan you selected.

  • Flexible rates typically may be cancelled without penalty up to a stated number of hours before the local check-in time. Cancellations after that window may incur a one-night room-and-tax charge.
  • Advance Purchase / non-refundable rates are charged in full at booking and are not refundable, modifiable or transferable.
  • No-shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the card on file will be charged according to the rate plan terms (typically one night's room and tax).
  • To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email, contact the booking channel where you made the reservation, or call the property at (931) 954-0946.
Section 5

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM local time. Minimum check-in age: 21.
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM local time.
  • Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Please contact the front desk in advance to request.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used to book (or another valid credit/debit card in the registered guest's name) are required at check-in.
  • An incidental authorization hold is placed on the card at check-in. The hold is released after check-out; the time it takes to clear depends on your card issuer.
Section 6

Property Policies & Guest Conduct

By staying at the property you agree to abide by all posted house rules, including:

  • 100% smoke-free property — smoking, vaping or use of any tobacco or cannabis product is prohibited inside guest rooms, hallways, common areas and within 25 feet of any building entrance. A cleaning/recovery fee of up to $250 per occurrence will be charged for violations.
  • Pets: Our property does not accommodate pets. Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at no additional charge.
  • Maximum occupancy per room is set by room type and posted at booking; exceeding it is not permitted for safety reasons.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for other guests.
  • Visitors: Non-registered visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest in common areas and may not stay overnight.
  • Parking is provided free of charge for registered guests; vehicles park at the owner's risk and must display a valid license plate.
  • Right to refuse service: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry or terminate a stay (without refund) for behavior that endangers, harasses or disturbs staff, guests or property; for non-payment; or for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Illegal activity on the premises will be reported to law enforcement.
Section 7

Damage, Incidentals & Lost Items

  • The registered guest is responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings or property caused during the stay (beyond reasonable wear and tear) and authorizes the hotel to charge the card on file for repair, replacement or cleaning costs.
  • Missing items (linens, towels, electronics, decor) will be charged at replacement cost.
  • Lost & found: The hotel is not liable for items left in guest rooms, common areas or vehicles. Items found are held for 30 days; contact the front desk to claim. Return shipping is at the guest's expense.
  • The hotel is not responsible for personal valuables not stored in the in-room safe (where provided) or front-desk safe.
Section 8

Best Western Affiliation

Lx Hotel is independently owned and operated as a member of the SureStay Collection by Best Western. "Best Western," "SureStay Collection" and related marks are registered trademarks of Best Western International, Inc. Reservations made through Best Western booking channels and Best Western Rewards points are subject to Best Western International's terms in addition to these property Terms.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, video, software and design — is the property of Lx Hotel or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to booking a stay. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Section 10

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded services (including Best Western reservations, online travel agencies, Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA and area-attraction sites) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, terms, privacy practices or availability of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms and policies.

Section 14

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic or public-health emergency, government order, utility outage, labor disruption, terrorism, civil unrest, or failures of telecommunications or third-party providers.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or your stay are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any action shall be the state or federal courts located in Coffee County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Informal resolution first: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from pursuing a qualifying claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction.

Section 16

Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the rate-plan terms shown at booking, our Privacy Policy, and any in-property posted rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lx Hotel regarding the Site and your stay.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the property.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Section 17

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or the property after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Site.
